By participating in the Challenge, all team members agree to the Challenge Privacy Policy, as well as the terms of entry and rules as specified in the Challenge Terms and Conditions.
Non-compliance with the rules might lead to immediate disqualification at any stage of the challenge. Team members should pay particular attention to the following guidelines:
- Team size should not exceed five members
- Team members cannot be amended after application submission
- Each participant can join only one team
- All participants in the team
- Commit to exclusively use Falcon3-10B-instruct and not use any other LLM for answer generation
- Do not conduct any Fine-tuning of Falcon3-10B-instruct and commit to use it “as is” (as the Challenge focuses on RAG)
- Agree that the code and prompts shared during the Challenge be examined by a jury that will verify reproducibility of answers before awarding prizes
- Will submit a short paper of their work to the SIGIR LiveRAG Workshop
- AWS credits and access to the Challenge resources should be exclusively used for the purpose of the Challenge and will expire after the Live Challenge Day
- AWS credits are valid for the use of AWS services only and the teams will be responsible for any Bedrock 3rd Party foundation models billing such as Claude as well as any solution from partners listed in AWS Marketplace, such as Pinecone.
